Attack is the simple command where you attack another land owned by an opponent. The more units you attack with, the greater probability you'll win. Wether or not you win is completely random, but you're chances increase with each additional unit. Once your units attack they can't do anything else for the rest of the turn.
Move is the simple command where you move some units from one land to another. You can only move units once per turn, and they can only move one space per turn. Once they move they can't do anything else for the rest of the turn.
Recruit is the command that states where you want you're new units to go. It's covered better in the other rules section.
Ally covered more in the ally section.Other rules
New units will be given to you at the beggining of every turn. You get two new units per every occupied land and one for every unoccupied land you control. You get three units for an ally.
Land occupation is easy to understand. If you move all of your units off of a land then it's unoccupied, and you only get one unit for that land.
Attacking unoccupied lands is considered a move. You then take over that land. However, it would help if you would write it down as an attack anyway, but the amount of units you use will not matter since there will be no one defending that land.E-mail Form
The message you send should have all the commands and stuff in it. Make the subject your turn number, and then your player name. Your commands should be written in the form above and stuff. And you can also write me messages to!
The message you get Will have a subject of PBM and then your name. What does the PBM stand for. Play-By-Mail, duh. Well you get this mail, it tells you the outcome of your attacks, your new troops, wether you've been attacked, and ally information and anything else I might want to include.
Response time is something important. I know everyone will expect on getting their mail about once every 1 and 1/2 weeks. In order for this to happen, you need to check your mail almost everyday and respond as soon as possible. If you don't respond within two days I'll skip your turn and move on to the next person. I'll give you a mail to that tells you your turn has been skiped.
Communication between players is not appreciated outside of the game. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying it's not appreciated. Messages can be sent to allies however, appreciatively. Just ask for their e-mail address.
Ally
Ally? Ok, when you ally with someone, you fight together. You can tell me to relay a message to him, Concentrate your attacks, etc. All sorts of fun stuff can happen when you ally. Of course, to be fun they're different rules depending on how many lands you control. Here they are:
Restrictions You get two allies at one time. Not everyone will be able to keep their allies. If you control 8 lands, you'll be cut down to one ally. If you have 14 lands you can have no ally at all. Why, so that one person doesn't completely wipe out the game (hopefully).
